Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We take a lot of pride in hand-pouring each and every one of our candles in store. Our candles are created with natural soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and cotton paper wicks, resulting in a candle that is true-to-scent and long-lasting.

If your candle (or other scented product) doesn't burn exactly the way you think a candle should perform, please contact us at info@thecandleloft so we can make it right!

We will exchange any merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of purchase along with a copy of your original invoice.

List the items you want to exchange on your invoice and send the items back to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is damaged or defective). Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the return/exchange is processed. Shipping fees are not refundable, only the cost of the product will be refunded. 

There is absolutely no returns or exchanges on custom made products unless the item arrives damaged.
